Imagesetting Products
HN/RLD products, available in all sizes and specs, in clear or matte, conventional or hard dot for all production requirements. For Imagesetters equipped with HeNE Laser and extended Red Laser Diode (630-670nm).
DHNA-4 Clear HN/RLD dual spectrum imagesetting film for Imagesetters equipped with Helium Neon Lasers to Far Red Laser Diode exposure source, with a Color Sensitivity of 630nm to 670nm. DHNA-4 features Anti-Static protection, High Contrast, High D-Max, Low D-Min, wide processing latitude and high resolution for fine screens. Use an EncapSulite T20/ND 1.05 Safelight or equivalent when loading film packaged without daylight load. .004" Polyester Base.
DHNM-4 Matte HN/RLD version of DHNA-4, with all the same features and the addition of a High Matte Surface for rapid drawdown, for use with most photopolymer plates. .004" Polyester Base.
IRLDM-7 Matte HN/RLD same as DHNM-4, except coated on a .007" Polyester Base for use in applications where dimensional stability is critical and to avoid possible kinking when large output is required.
DHR-4 Clear HN/RLD Hard Dot dual spectrum imagesetting film. DHR-4 will yield perfect "hard dot" edge sharpness and very high practical density. Wide System latitude: wide processing and exposure latitude. Anti-static before and after processing. .004" Polyester Base.
DHRM-4 Matte HN/RLD Hard Dot version of DHR-4, with all the same features and the addition of High Matte Surface for rapid drawdown, approved for exposure of photopolymer plates. Recommended film for Sublima for Flexo Screening. .004" Polyester.
IPRLDM-7 Matte HN/RLD Hard Dot, same as DHRM-4, except coated on .007" Polyester Base for use in applications where dimensional stability is critical and to avoid possible kinking when large output is required.

DIRA-4 Clear IR imagesetting film for imagesetters using an Infrared (IR) exposure source, with a Color Sensitivity of 780nm. DIR-4 features Anti-Static Protection, High Speed Level, High D-Max, Low D-Min, Wide Working Latitude, High Resolution and High Surface Resistance and Backing Structure. Use an EncapSulite T20/ND 1.05 safelight or equivalent when loading film packaged without daylight load. .004" Polyester Base.
IIRFM-4 Infrared Matte IR Film has a High Matte Surface for rapid drawdown, for use with most photopolymer plates. .004" Polyester Base.
Traditional Camera Films
DCF-4 A camera speed, high contrast film processed in rapid access chemistry. DCF-4 provides optimum dimensional stability, with a high D-Max and a low D-Min. Use under a Red 1A safelight or equivalent. .004" Polyester. Available in sheet and roll sizes.
IKHDM-4 An extremely high contrast, orthochromatic film for line, halftone and contact application with a special matte surface on the emulsion side for rapid, uniform vacuum drawdown when using flexographic printing plates. Process in rapid access chemistry, IKHD-4 is a Hard Dot Film on a dimensionally stable .004" Polyester Base. Use under a Red 1A safelight.
Daylight Duplicating (Bright Light) Films
IBD-4 A high intensity UV Duplicating Film for processing in rapid access chemistries. Provides optimum dimensional stability with an Anti-Static Guard to reduce pinholes. Expose in a wide variety of Metal Halide Light Sources, ranging from 1000w to 2500w. .004" Polyester Base.
IBDM-4 Matte version of IBD-4, with a special matte surface on the emulsion side for fast vacuum drawdown when using flexographic printing plates. .004" Polyester Base.
IBDM-7 same as IBDM-4, except coated on .007" Polyester Base for use in applications where dimensional stability is critical and to avoid possible kinking when large output is required.

Plates
ImageLine offers a full line of offset printing plates including subtractive, Violet Photopolymer CTP, Thermal CTP Offset, and Laser Printing Plates.
Negative Working, Subtractive, Aqueous Plate
Single and Two Sided Medium to Long Run Plates in .0055, .008, .012, and .015 gauges. Plates are electrochemically grained and /or anodized and available in standard sheet fed and specialty sizes. Achieve solid 3-4 on UGRA Scale, set to Solid 4-5 on 21 step stouffer scale. Achieve run lengths for 1-sided medium to long run of 250,000 or more, 2-sided short to medium runs of 150,000 or more.
Violet Photopolymer CTP Plate
Negative working offset printing plate for CTP Imaging, available in .008 and .012 gauge. Electrochemically grained and anodized, available in standard sheet and web sizes, as well as specialty sizes. UGRA 1982 Scale yields solid 2-3, 21 step stouffer scale solid 3-4. Achieve medium to long runs in excess of 250,000.
Thermal CTP Offset Plate
Positive acting Photopolymer Offset Printing Plate for CTP Imaging, available in .0055,.008, .012 and .015 gauge. Electrochemically grained and anodized, available in most standard sheet and web sizes with specialty sizes available to a maximum size of 45"x55". Expect run lengths of over 1500,000 unbaked and baked in excess of 1,000,000 impressions.
Laser Plates
ImageLine has two types of laser plates, Laser Direct specially designed for HP 5000/5100 Series Printers and Laser X Direct designed for Xante Platemakers 3 and 4. These plates provide a high quality and affordable computer-to-plate solution with print runs in excess of 25,000 impressions when combined with our specially formulated fountain solution, plate cleaner and laser deletion pens. Available in 14 standard sizes, ranging from 8 5/8" x 12" to 13" x 19 7/8".
